En el curso 2019-20 corresponde la renovaci\u00f3n parcial del Consejo Escolar teniendo que elegirse 1 representante de este sector.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La constituci\u00f3n del Consejo Escolar es obligatoria en todos los centros sostenidos con fondos p\u00fablicos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Composici\u00f3n del Consejo Escolar:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la actualidad, est\u00e1 compuesto por:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El\/la Director\/-a del Instituto, que preside el Consejo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El\/-la Jefe de estudios.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Siete profesores elegidos por el Claustro.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tres representantes de los padres\/madres del alumnado.(Uno de ellos designado, en su caso, por la asociaci\u00f3n de padres m\u00e1s representativa).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Cuatro representantes del alumnado.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Un representante del personal de administraci\u00f3n y servicios.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Un representante del Ayuntamiento.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El Secretario, con voz y sin voto.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Competencias del Consejo Escolar:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expuestas de forma resumida son las siguientes:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprobar el presupuesto del Centro.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluar proyectos y normas del Centro\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informar y evaluar la programaci\u00f3n general en relaci\u00f3n con la planificaci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conocer las candidaturas a direcci\u00f3n y los proyectos presentados.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intervenir en la selecci\u00f3n de director y ser informado del nombramiento y cese de los dem\u00e1s miembros del equipo directivo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informar sobre la admisi\u00f3n de alumnos y alumnas, con sujeci\u00f3n a lo establecido en esta Ley Org\u00e1nica y disposiciones que la desarrollen\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conocer la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y velar porque se atengan a la normativa vigente.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proponer medidas e iniciativas que favorezcan la convivencia, la igualdad y la resoluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica de conflictos, en todos los \u00e1mbitos\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promover la conservaci\u00f3n y renovaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones y equipos\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informar las directrices para la colaboraci\u00f3n, con fines educativos y culturales, con otras entidades\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informar, a propuesta del titular, el reglamento de r\u00e9gimen interior del Centro\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Informar los criterios sobre la participaci\u00f3n del centro en actividades que el Centro pudiera prestar su colaboraci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cualesquiera otras que le sean atribuidas por la Administraci\u00f3n educativa\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Se re\u00fane:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A principio y final de curso y, como m\u00ednimo una vez al trimestre (suelen haber dos o tres reuniones m\u00e1s durante el curso), en horario que permita la asistencia de todos sus miembros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">REPRESENTANTES DE PADRES Y MADRES DE ALUMNOS\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Son <strong>electores<\/strong> todos los padres y madres o tutores legales de los\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alumnos matriculados en el centro. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Son <strong>elegibles<\/strong> los electores que se presentan expresamente como\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">candidatos en los plazos previstos.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 10pt;\">(las asociaciones de padres legalmente constituidas podr\u00e1n presentar candidaturas diferenciadas). <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; La Junta Electoral del Centro es la m\u00e1xima autoridad electoral, est\u00e1 formada por el Director\/-a (que la preside), un profesor\/-a, un padre\/madre, un alumno\/-a y un representante del personal de adm\u00f3n. y servicios. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; La elecci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 ante la mesa electoral correspondiente. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Podr\u00e1n actuar como supervisores los padres\/madres propuestos por <\/span>una A.M.P.A. del centro o avalados por 10 electores.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; El voto ser\u00e1 directo, secreto y no delegable.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Cada elector har\u00e1 constar en su papeleta <strong>como m\u00e1ximo tantos nombres como puestos a cubrir<\/strong> (1 en este caso) y deber\u00e1 acreditar su personalidad mediante la presentaci\u00f3n del D.N.I.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; Se podr\u00e1 utilizar el <strong>voto por correo<\/strong> introduciendo en un sobre dirigido a la mesa electoral, fotocopia del D.N.I. del elector y otro sobre cerrado con la papeleta (que se recoger\u00e1 previamente en el centro). El voto deber\u00e1 ser enviado a la mesa electoral antes de la realizaci\u00f3n del escrutinio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Direcci\u00f3n del Centro facilitar\u00e1 cualquier otra informaci\u00f3n que se solicite.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan acuerdo de la Junta electoral, el calendario previsto es el que figura al principio del escrito.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Puntualizaciones:\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Plazo de presentaci\u00f3n de candidaturas:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde las <strong>8,30 del 5 de noviembre hasta las 14:20 horas del 8 de noviembre de 2019.<\/strong> Las candidaturas se presentar\u00e1n en la Secretar\u00eda del Centro, donde estar\u00e1n disponibles los modelos para ello.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Elecciones:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las elecciones se celebrar\u00e1n el <strong>20 de noviembre de 2019<\/strong>.
